PurePsyence the Gathering is a family focused and child friendly event hosted by PurePsyence Events. If your goal is to party hard with little regard for those around you, this is not the event for you.

Government-issued photo ID is required for all ticket holders 18 years of age and older. Failure to present Photo ID proving your name and age will result in refused entry. ID for those under 18 years of age is also preferred but not mandatory.

 

No exchanges or refunds on tickets, for any reason whatsoever, including if the Event is terminated early, cancelled due to extreme weather, forest fire, acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of PurePsyence Events.

 

PurePsyence Events will not be responsible for lost tickets or passes and does not issue replacement tickets or passes. PurePsyence Events will not issue refunds for any failure or inability to use tickets due to illness, positive Covid-19 tests, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, or other conditions beyond the control of PurePsyence Events. Please ensure that you will be able to attend the Event before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the year on your PurePsyence the Gathering ticket.* PurePsyence Events reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or pass. Tickets and passes are a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or using the secure ticket exchange, you assume the risk of the ticket being invalid at the gate if you buy from other than authorized vendors. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.

 

PurePsyence Events reserves the right to change the programming without notification. All tickets include camping in the general camping area(s). Please ensure that you will be able to attend the PurePsyence the Gathering BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

 

EVENT CANCELLATION* 

If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, your tickets and passes will be deferred to the next PurePsyence Events Event of the same type for which your Credentials were purchased. If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against PurePsyence Events at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or PurePsyence Events was advised of the same.

PurePsyence the Gathering is held at MSW Farms – 19 km West of Ponoka AB, Canada.

From Ponoka: 5 miles West on 53, then 5 miles North on 795, then 1 1/2 miles West on 435.

Event guests arriving before 3pm on Thur. June 29, 2023 will not be allowed entry onto the event grounds. Event guests must leave the venue not later than 3pm on Sun. July 2, 2023. In the event a guest is unable to leave the venue (e.g. mechanical issue with vehicle, concerns about driver’s ability to drive safely, etc) resulting in staying past 3pm on Sun. July 2, 2023, they will need to make arrangements directly with MSW Farms and pay their required nightly camping fee.

 

Guests are encouraged to stay at the event site once they have arrived, a $20/vehicle re-entry fee will be charged each time.

 

TIER 1 (Early Bird Tickets), 2, and 3 Entry Tickets:
These are all three-day passes, valid for entry from Thur. June 29, 2023, 3pm until Sun. July 2, 2023, 3pm (dates subject to change).

 

Friday & Saturday Only Tickets:
These are two-day passes, valid for entry from Fri. June 30, 2023, 10am until Sun. July 2, 2023, 3pm (dates subject to change).

 

Saturday Only Tickets:
These are one-day passes, valid for entry from Sat. July 1, 2023, 10am until Sun. July 2, 2023, 3pm (dates subject to change).

TRANSFERS

Transfers are permitted within Ticket Tier Types to a maximum of one transfer per ticket.  (eg. A Tier 1 Early Bird may transfer their ticket to another Tier 1 eligible attendee at no charge). Transfers between different Tier Types are not permitted.  

 

2023 GATE HOURS (times subject to change):
Thur. June 29: 3pm – 10pm 
Fri. June 30: 10am – 10pm
Sat. July 1: 10am – 10pm
Sun. July 2: 10am – 3pm

 

PurePsyence Events reserves the right to change the programing without notification. 

 

NO PARKING/CAMPING is permitted on the road outside the venue at any time, vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense.

 

All vehicles will be searched upon entry. Prohibited items include illegal materials, alcohol, drugs, glass, mirrors, weapons, flares, fireworks and pets (guide dogs are permitted with pre-registration). Prohibited items are subject to seizure (attendees with pets will be turned away). The Event is not responsible for any confiscated items. 

 

You voluntarily assume all risks & danger incidental to PurePsyence Events, including serious injury or death, and agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents & the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket.

ALCOHOL is permitted in non-glass containers and can only be consumed at campsites. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the Event grounds other than at campsites. Attendees who over consume will be asked to leave the Event without refund when it is safe for them to do so.

 

GARBAGE is the sole responsibility of its owner. Pack in pack out, this includes cigarette butts. There will be no campsite garbage bins on site. Out of courtesy for your fellow attendees, please do not smoke in common areas, this includes the dancefloor.

Vehicles parked in marked fire lanes will be towed without notice to the owner. Potable drinking water is not available on site so be sure to bring enough to last you!! No unauthorized vending is permitted. 

 

PurePsyence the Gathering tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a PurePsyence the Gathering ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In the event PurePsyence the Gathering 2023 cannot take place, all valid tickets will be moved forward one year.

 

RENEGADE STAGES AND OTHER AUDIO SYSTEMS (CAR STEREOS)
No amplified sound is permitted. Please be respectful of your neighbours.

 

UPDATES & TERMS
PurePsyence Events reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms prior to purchase.

 

Your tickets are being purchased from PurePsyence Events (the organizer).

 

Showpass’ services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Showpass’ fees for this service are non-refundable.

 

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Showpass will not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
